I did a video recently talking about how important protein is to our health and helping us to keep lean.  Do not worry though it is a little bit more sedate than my last one I shared with you guys - the FATGRIPZ promo video.  Now protein is important for keeping lean for three main reasons - 1) protein is physiologically necessary to humans survival 2) protein is the best detoxifier of the body and 3) protein takes a heck of a lot of energy to digest so your body is working hard and burning fat just by eating the stuff.  Anyway enough talking - watch the video, go eat some meat and tell me what you think!
