Our athletic performance program is aimed at one thing – developing world-class athletes!
Dedicated to making athletes unbelievably quick, powerful and tough, everything is based on the best science available. Training under the direction of the Mens’ Fitness Strength & Conditioning Expert, all coaches in the program are Australian Strength & Conditioning Association accredited and Poliquin certified strength & conditioning coaches.
Our program has produced four world champions, countless state representatives and numerous professional athletes. We cater to serious high school, semiprofessional and professional athletes that are driven to reach full athletic potential. Our athletic performance program is designed to turn potential into world class performance. All performance/training strategies and protocols are based on the latest science can offer and are all clinically proven.
Speed & Power
From research across numerous sports, we know the biggest differences between the best athletes & those that do not make the cut is speed & power.
In the English Premier League, players’ salaries are positively correlated with their speed over 10m. In the NFL, players’ salaries are directly associated with their vertical jump, which is a test of power. The quicker and more powerful the athlete is, the larger the professional contract.
In our athletic performance program, athletes will be exposed to the most effective exercises for increasing speed & power. Through a combination of weight training for speed, applied strongman training and modified sprinters training, athletes become unbelievably quick & powerful in record time. Our speed & power training methods are guaranteed to improve sporting performance first and foremost, increase speed & power in all movements, and develop true functional strength.
Active Release Techniques (ART)
Active Release Techniques (ART) is an integral part to our athletic performance program and is one of the most important keys in producing superior athletes. From drastically reducing the amount of injuries to radically improving strength, power & speed, ART is a must for athletes that want to succeed. Want more proof?
The last four runners to break the 100m sprint world record ALL had Active Release Technique treatments leading up to and directly before the record breaking sprint.
Specialities
First and foremost, our athletic performance program is not for everyone. We specialize in providing world class speed & strength training and development for the following sports:

- Surfing
- Triathlon
Logistics
Our athletic performance program guarantees an athlete-to-coach ratio of no more than 6:1. All trainees undergo a series of initial individual assessments before being placed in the program. From here, they are coached in a semi-private setting but are always on individualized training protocols. Most importantly, athletes are put into an environment in which they can produce results, learn the value of hard work and succeed. The program is more flexible than the classic private/personal training model that typifies the inept fitness industry. As such, athletes in our program can train with greater frequency and therefore make faster progress.

The program is primarily run out of the CCPC, our state of the art facility on the Gold Coast, Australia. If location is an issue, you need to enrol in our Satellite Coaching Program.
If you are used to training in a fitness centre or commercial gym, this might not be for you. There are no TVs, cafes, distractions or BS here. Just effort, sweat and results!
